LIST OF INGREDIENTS, SUBSTANCES OR PRODUCTS THAT CAUSE ALLERGIES OR INTOLERANCES

Dear customer, in thanking you for choosing us, the Management, in the sign of transparency of information to the customer, protection to the health and correct information to the consumer, as well as in compliance with EU Regulation 1169/2011, points out the following:

– We inform our customers, that some of the ingredients and raw materials used in our preparations are included in the list of ALLERGENS listed in Annex II of the EC Regulation mentioned before, for this purpose in this menu you will find the substances that may cause allergies or intolerances highlighted in bold or underlined.

Such indication, however, considering the manifold variety of dishes on our menu, the numerous preparations made within the same day, the numerous ingredients used, as well as the same places of preparation and the equipment used, does not exclude the presence of such allergenic substances even in dishes where they are not provided or where they are not explicitly indicated.

– Management, moreover, reserves the right to make to its products, raw materials and recipes, at any time and without prior notice, any changes that, in its sole discretion, it deems convenient for production purposes or useful to improve the quality of the product supplied;

PERHAPS: for food allergies and intolerances, proven by medical certificate, for which the total exclusion of one or more substances is required, always refer to the dining room staff who is at your complete disposal to provide any information regarding the nature of the raw materials used and the manner of preparation of the dishes on the menu;

– Preparations marked with an * indicate possible contamination during preparation (GLUTEN, FISH, MILK, SOY).

– Preparations marked with two ** indicate that some ingredients used, may be frozen at origin or purchased fresh and frozen.

– PIZZA dough ingredients: water, salt, yeast, flour type “00,” remilled durum wheat semolina, olive oil;

– Table service + 15%.
